Hon. Wilson Arthur, DCE for Wassa East District Assembly, has intensified his efforts at making Wassa East a district that is attractive to investors and people from varied fields.
As such, on Saturday, as part of activities to mark this year’s farmer’s day in Wassa East, he led several patrons to the Domama Shrine, a nature’s haven of rocks, situated in Domama, a community in the district.
At this place, one will see two huge rocks with another lying on top of them to create a huge structure that looks like a gate. There exist several rocks as well, with some creating some ‘cave-like’ structures.
Some of the patrons wore shirts with an inscription on the front that read “I visited the Domama Shrine”. On the back of the same shirt, it is written ” Wassa East; land of opportunities and prosperity”.
According to the patrons, everyone needs to visit the place to reconnect with nature, and rejuvenate ones’ self.
